It's not Easy being Green...

Poor Kermit the Frog had no idea how truly special he was!

This years Pantone color of the year is Greenery 15-0343.

What is the PANTONE Color of the Year?
A symbolic color selection; a color snapshot of what we see taking place in our global culture that serves as an expression of a mood and an attitude.

renew

refresh

revitalize

regenerate

Greenery signals consumers to take a deep breath, oxygenate and reinvigorate.
I would say we all need a bit of that in this day and age.

Elements used in these pieces were Scabiosa Pods,
Israeli Ruscus, Plumosa Fern, Dianthus (Green Ball), Gunnii Eucalyptus,
Kale, and Hypericum Berry from North American Wholesale Floral in South Dakota.

Take the time to connect with nature

and more importantly,

each other, in 2017.

Morgan and Kevin

Married at The Barn in Dunvilla in July.

I never actually met Morgan face to face to discuss her flowers.
Technology is truly amazing; isn't it?

She was a bridesmaid for her friend, Ciera, whom I designed wedding flowers for.
We conversed through email as she described what colors and types of flowers she liked.

Blue Hydrangea, White Garden Roses, Blue Delphinium, Baby's Breath, and Guinea Eucalyptus
were the elements used in her bouquet.

CREATIVE photography by Kaleb C Photography!

Enough said.... have a happy life Mr. & Mrs. Stover!

Ciera & Josh

Simply beautiful is what comes to mind when I think back on their wedding this past June.
The family farm was the perfect setting.

The father to the bride renovated the barn for the celebration.
Her mother put her creativity to work in decorating the site.
Ciera's brother did the photography. You can see  his incredible work at Kaleb C Photography.
What a super, creative family.

All you need is love..............

and happiness......

Garden Roses and lots and lots of baby's breath.

XOXO - Wishing you all the best Mr. & Mrs. Campion!
It was a pleasure.

Anna and Ryan

COLOR ME HAPPY!!!

Anna and Ryan Glenz were married at her parents home on June 25, 2016.
Rolling hills, overlooking a lake, made a beautiful setting for their colorful wedding.

The sun was shining with a nice breeze.

Anna's bouquet was a mixture of many colors & textures;

Red David Austin Roses, Pink O’Hara Garden Roses, Yellow & White Ranunculus, Craspedia (Billy Balls), Blue Delphinium, a touch of Maiden Hair Fern,  and Feverfew.

Reception tables were covered with red and white gingham tablecloths.
Flowers were ordered in independently by the family
and creatively displayed in antique soda pop bottles.

Gorgeous photography provided by ALee Photography Inc.

Congratulations Anna and Ryan!
